Effective Date(s) This rule is effective April 29, 2002, except for the amendments to 40 CFR 80.65, 80.92, 80.101, 80.102, 80.104, 80.105, 80.106, and 80.128 (sections dealing with the elimination of blendstock accounting) which are effective February 26, 2002.


9. Section 80.91 is amended by removing paragraph (a)(1)(iii) and removing "; and" at the end of paragraph (a)(1)(ii) and adding a period.
